Josh "Dancer Boy" Smith is Chris Brown’s lead choreographer and creative director. Joining Brown's team at just 23 years old, he has spearheaded over 30 of Brown's music videos and multiple world tours. In 2019, he won the Soul Train Award for Best Dance Performance for "No Guidance".
